$Nasdaq melted exactly as I expected,but guess what? I didn’t catch the move.

Price tapped into the FVG after giving me every confirmation on my checklist, so I executed the trade. Unfortunately, I got taken out before the real move began.

All I could do was fold my hands and watch the market drop without me.

I executed this trade on $NQ with a planned target of 3R, but I completely forgot to set my take-profit order. 🤦🏼

When I came back, I realized the trade had already reached my intended target and then started reversing. Rather than watching profits disappear, I decided to secure what the market was still offering and closed the position at 2.3R.

Lesson: Always set your TP and let your trading plan do the work. 🎯
