Matt is correct. i would say- this is a cancer- now spreading in the democrat party. The elected current are fools, idiots, and clearly ignoring it. I think our job Catholics, Christians, moderates, patriots, we need to destroy this cancer.

Honestly something I am missing? What organization is this witness from? We need to start organized efforts to hold these people accountable. I am probbaly missing a lot but we need to start somewhere. If no organizations are watching the watchers so to speak. Full goal to stop this then dissolve

My apologies, might not understanding your question correctly. My role (trustee analyst) on behalf of my employer (USBank) are a trustee for many clients (Apollo, Ares, Blackrock, etc). Our role is to make sure these CLO’s are in line with their stated agreements(contract, indenture) with investors. The Investors, we make sure the Indenture is fulfilled. So for example, had to let certain investors know the current 3month sofr for a payment they just had. Coming up in July, with the quarter end, massive interest payments, and letting know clients the next rate reset

Anyone reading this, we all live in the most advanced time of humanity( of course their is part of the world, especially what is whats called “third world” not part of the Western or Advanced world). The constant complaing on this app I am seeing. Why not go help people then?
