@TicketmasterCS Been waiting on response to email since 4th August, raised a complaint on 8th and still waiting for any kind of response other than "were busier than usual" or directing me back to the faq which clearly is not the answer
@TicketmasterCS how can I speak to someone regarding not receiving the cost of postage for tickets that have now been refunded?? I've raised complaint and query emails since 4th August with no response #fedup#poorcustomerservice
