@aravind A small eg in accountability
Some years ago, due to a Fault in IT system of an OMC, supplies were getting affected for their RO's. The depot officer were least concerned that their RO's will be dry in next 12hrs They were literally showing finger to their own Sales Team.

@aravind One can say that the OMC's are in direct contradiction of the Govt Order.
But alas, they are govt organisation so who can point any sort of finger at them and demand answers, forget accountability.

As per the challan and advertisement of OMC's, a blend has to be provided.

Petrol and Ethanol has to put together in a chamber & churned together at a set rpm & temp.

The OMC's are not doing the same.

@PTI_News @HardeepSPuri This is to bring to your attention that the Blending of Petrol and Ethanol as advertised over media and written in the Challan doesn't happen.

The tank lorries are filled with Petrol and Ethanol separately in the prescribed ratios and dispatched to their respective RO's.
