@AppleSupport My 13Pro has green screen & iplanet Nexus Shantiniketan whitefeild Bangalore is not accepting it for repair. sim tray has a scratched IMEI. I have provided them the IMEI number. sim tray is changed because the earlier one was faulty with sim not setting in properly
