This is just one of many times they don’t give a rip about customers not getting their food and say it’s not refund eligible.

I ordered Popeyes. Two Four Piece chickens and a 5 piece tender combo. I was missing the five piece tender and the fries. I got the drink though. But basically missing the combo!

Submitted photo of the order and my receipt but they claim it looks right.

Anyone ever dealt with @QVC before with a shipment issue?

We ordered a mixer and it was delivered to the wrong apartment. Photo on @UPS tracking is a different door as ours is a ground floor with concrete and the upstairs units are wood decks and this is clearly a wood deck.⬇️

@QVC They said I had to dispute it with my credit card. So I will have to dispute a charge everyone month for the next 4 months. Doesn’t make sense! Anyone ever had this happen with @QVC ??

QVC agent processed a refund for the first easy pay payment as it was 5 easy pay for the holiday.

Finance emails overnight saying they cancelled my refund and will continue billing easy pay due to it being “delivered” to someone.

Then @QVC closed my account.⬇️
