Hopefully I get some replies and am not tweeting into the abyss here.

Do you guys think its smart to just delete all social media on my phone? Legit every app everything and just stay off my phone 99% of the day. Only have for messages calls etc.

Or get a flip phone or some shit and then have my regular phone be for if I need to check shopify or sum.

Takes so much stimulation out of my day

I can’t even begin to explain my thoughts on the detriment our phones do to us on a daily basis. Even a few minutes ago I was petting my dog, and I can just feel it, reaching for the next dopamine hit from my phone. It’s such a slight urge that you don’t even try to fight it.

Anyways I would still be working several hours of the day on my pc anyway becoming a rich ass chigga but yea.

Yeah. Its ofc the short form, but it seems to me like no matter even if I have social media deleted, I still find some way for dopamine usually. Like I have only twitter installed so I doomscroll twitter. So tempting to just delete every single app and just keep my phone for msging.

The main goal is like I don’t wanna think about my phone yk? I don’t wanna have that urge at all. I think it keeps you from being in the present a ton
