@Ask_Spectrum We have no service in Little Falls, NY. There was a house explosion in town due to a gas leak, but I’m unclear as to why that has affected our cable and internet when we have power? Box doesn’t even show the correct time.

19 hours so far without cable or WiFi service through @Spectrum here in central NY. Ruined our NYE last night and our whole day has been spent trying to figure out why Spectrum has yet to fix it! Never again. Dish here we come. @Ask_Spectrum
