@UC_Assist@urbancompany_UC twice in a row, i am really frustrated with your service. Why are you charging if the cancellation is done 6.5 hrs before? Where was this policy mentioned here? Even if its mentioned, it days 6 hrs. Why are you cheating your customers?
@UC_Assist why am i charged 150 for cancellation? Firstly, u keep changing your rule everyday without informing customers. Also, i have cancelled my booking before 6.5 hrs. The booking was scheduled at 4pm and i cancelled it at 9:25 am. Kindly do the math. @urbancompany_UC
@IGPcom The worst gifting site. Ordered flowers and cake for my mother on #MothersDay2025 and they never delivered and took the money as well. Worst Worst customer support, not replying back. they totally shattered my heart on this special day.
