This remains one of the few times a journalist stood up to the orange fascist with a simple question: “Do you regret all the lying you've done to the American people?"
~ S.V. Dáte, HuffPost correspondent
Rep. Angie Craig: "Do you know how much money farmers lost last year?"
Brooke Rollins: *doesn't answer*
Craig: "It was $28 billion. You're the Secretary of Agriculture."
When I called out Trump years ago for being a danger to democracy, a free press, and truth itself, I was accused of making myself the story and showboating. How did things turn out? Trump is all of those things. Tonight, the free press is very much in danger in America. Wake up!
HOLY SH*T, this parting statement by Scott Pelley is WILD:
"New management has instructed me to INJECT FALSEHOODS AND BIAS into a politically sensitive story. I've been told to include assertions that are unverified."
I bet he knows a LOT more, too. 🔥
By firing Scott Pelley, editor-in-chief of CBS News Bari Weiss has single-handedly destroyed the most brilliant investigative newsmagazine in network history, 60 Minutes. Weiss exemplifies everything MAGA is about: ego, incompetence, and blithering idiocy.
Marco Rubio: For years to come, there are many people on the right...that are going to be having to explain and justify how they fell into this trap of supporting Donald Trump because this is not going to end well.” (2016)
Shawn Ryan on Trump: "I just don’t see any positivity coming out of this administration. It seems very self-serving. He had Todd Blanche do the dirty work so him or anybody in his family could never be audited by the IRS? What the fuck is that sh*t?"
As someone who helped set up the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, I oppose elevating Bill Pulte to Acting Director. He has no experience. Zero. And he is the wrong choice to help keep us safe.
Mr. Pulte has weaponized his current agency against the President's critics, he's fired federal watchdogs looking into his allies and he is under active investigation by the Government Accountability Office.
This all makes him an incredibly dangerous choice to be in charge of ODNI and have access to the tools of this office.
As someone who has had the government weaponized against me, I cannot in good conscience support his elevation to such a sensitive post.
The President should choose a serious nominee.
🚨 MEGYN KELLY: “The problem for Trump now is that he has defined MAGA literally to those who agree with Mark Levin … Much like Mark Levin himself — it's old, it's angry, and it's dying.”
MEGYN KELLY: “Trump is the one who told us he obliterated [Iran’s] nuclear weapons facilities. Pete Hegseth told us that … So f**k you for telling me I'm no longer allowed to believe that. You're the ones who told me that!”
Shawn Ryan on Trump: “I just don’t see any positivity coming out of this administration. It seems very self-serving. He had Todd Blanche do the dirty work so him or anybody in his family could never be audited by the IRS? What the fuck is that shit? The drone company, the $400M jet from Qatar, the Executives Club. Does this shit look like he’s serving the fucking people? No.”
Asked today how he feels about negotiations with Iran collapsing, Trump said, "I couldn't care less."
You'd think the president of the United States would care about service members dying and millions paying more for gas because of his illegal and unconstitutional war.
Megyn Kelly: “They can’t afford groceries, they can’t afford gas prices, they can’t afford homes, they can’t afford healthcare and we’re giving $16.2B to Israel for just one of those line items never mind what we spent on Israel’s war against Iran which no one wants. No one. And we’re not gonna help our own people. Those Obamacare subsidized consumers are going to suffer because we have other priorities. It’s enraging”

You know what to do ‼️
Trump in 2008: Anyone who invades the Middle East under false pretenses should be impeached.
A jury found Donald Trump liable for sexual abuse.
A federal appeals court upheld it.
A second jury hit him with another $83.3 million for defamation.
A second appeals court upheld that too.
Total: roughly $88.3 million in judgments tied to E. Jean Carroll's allegations.
Yet millions still insist there's "no evidence."
The evidence was presented in court.
A jury heard it.
Trump lost.
Twice.
And he keeps losing on appeal.
That's not a rumor.
That's the legal record.
