Question : Is Quorn vegan - is it not made with egg albumen as a binder? I’m in Giraffe having brunch and the menu says the Quorn Katsu dish is vegan. I’m confused as a this is coming up as an option for my som who is egg, dairy and nuts allergic. He’s not having it - help.
