They can't get the gate to work and need a "technician"

An hour later they say we'll move you to a new gate. Still haven't moved 2 hours later.

@AirCanada this is a disgrace. @MarkJCarney you need to make them liable for wasting people's time

Hi @AirCanada, I’ve called 20+ times with no success. US & Canada numbers didn’t connect (even paid calls), and the one time it did, it got disconnected. India number not working either. I need to rebook urgently—please actually help or DM me.

@AirCanada if you truly want to provide a service to your customers, you really need to curb the abuse of carry ons. I am witnessing carry on sizes in excess of the allowable limit AND people bringing 2 on board. But then announce you are short on carry on storage space. Fix it!

@AirCanada hot my baggage delivered today. I noticed three items missing. One piece of cloth that I had purchased for my child, a keychain that i purchased for my wife and a hair dryer. the case id that I had registered prior to receiving the bag : CAS-10739827-J5R1B6
