@JustinPeach27@spud8550 So you’re openly admitting that you’re letting your own broken outdated ideas and biases on a manager reflect in and hinder what is supposed to be an informative championship podcast? If you ever try criticise him again now, no one can take any points you make seriously…
Blocked because I point out their agenda against Lampard and how this influences their commentary and posts… rattled about how wrong you were? @secondtierpod#PUSB
@JustinPeach27 @dcfcGeorge09 I’m not saying his management was bad though. I’m saying if anything had to be improved it was his man management (still good) not his tactics. I say this because the broken lazy take parroted on twitter is that he’s a pashun merchant with no tactics
@JustinPeach27 @dcfcGeorge09 We were tactically second best on the league that year and the players underperformed metrics massively, yet Lampard gets wheeled in with the likes of Ole as some tactic-less pashun merchant. If anything Lampard needed to improve his management not his tactics
@JustinPeach27 @dcfcGeorge09 Just admit you were wrong about him. He did an incredible job at Chelsea under a transfer ban and losing Hazard who got 50% of the teams goal contributions the year before and had carried Chelsea for years. Our stats that year had us as the 2nd best in the league
@secondtierpod Some Coventry stats for you #PUSB
Open play shots: 83 (1st)
Open play xG: 8.7 (2nd)

Set piece xGA: 1.65 (4th)
@secondtierpod Coventry can do a bit of everything under Lampard. Slick, possession based football but not afraid to be direct in the right moments and exploit spaces. Equally, making use of corners and throw-ins like all the top managers right now are
