It's proven that the rate of stray dog reproduction is quite high and we have reached a state where earlier control measures are no longer feasible. Can't feed a million strays where, not everyone can feed themselves

Over a period of time dogs start developing a pack mentality and territorial nature. Children or folks who go near them gets chased. Feeding is never the solution
