This section between St Peter's to wipro is seeing constant accidents,fatal ones too. The section is highly congested, wrong movements,adhoc uturns and absolute choas. You have very small margin of error.
Decongest and add Wipro CDP road & improve all junction, upgrade and make pedestrian friendly section. No other option.

Attached, CDP2015 map of Kaikondrahalli, Haralur, Sarjapur road section. In just 0.5 sqkm radius of Kaikondrahalli, all below infrastructure is missing. All street grids involving below key roads are non existent -
Kasavanahalli - 60 feet
Haralur - 80 feet
Sarjapur Road - 150 feet
Wipro-Ecoworld - 50 feet
Kaikondrahalli-Ecoworld - 50 feet
Hitech corridor (dropped) - 180 feet
All commercials, apartments are approved as per this plan. Can someone guess how much of our road and mobility infra is as per this plan ?

Nobody writes or talks about this in press or media. More than 60kms of roadways in near vicinity is missing or not CDP compliant ! You cant even see the S-Turn of Kaikondrahalli that we got today. Its decades of neglect and no vision from all those who ruled which continues.

Benefits added below doesnt include decongestion of Iblur & other areas, it wont even need 450Cr rework & months of overhead but pure intent to survey & execute. Can you please do this ? We got 100% non compliance of CDP15 master plan in vicinity of #SarjapurRoad #Kasavanahalli #Ward31

No, it's not #Bellandur lake,it's #Kasavanahalli lake, South Bengaluru ward 31.

@bwssbchairman pls enable sub main lines laid for homes immediately, expedite STP for the area. Sewage is spoiling the liveability and environment.

Sewage,chemicals seem to be seeping into the lake as the diversion channel & surrounding also is in a mess with stagnant sewage.

@krishnabgowda @GBA_office @GBAChiefComm we have a very good @comm_blr_south in Mr.Ramesh, who has got the citizen pulse, front ending lot of good initiatives right from transparency to execution involving social audit, leading with empathy towards citizen problems. He has really pushed the ward level system move & it will take 1-2 yrs to show results.
We request you to give him another year as he has hit the execute mode now. It will be a huge loss for #ITCorridor like #Kasavanahalli Ward31, if he is let go. On behalf of 30+ RWAs, we request you to retain him and help in governance and administration.

Thanks @comm_blr_south for #Kasavanahalli ward 31 visit across the 2 key subarterial roads.

We agreed on 36+ items on priority to fix Pedestrian infra & mobility. A complete rework of current pedestrian infra was ordered in most sections, poor quality of works were questioned and asked to redo. A social audit was ordered at end of work by RWAs.

Many sections didn't have RCC drains, needing kerb and removal of ramps across parking sections was ordered. Lack of parking in basement was highlighted by traffic police team.

Main focus was on pedestrian infra and drainage including proper uniform walkway,enable sewage lines, HRPC,Signals, kerbs, shoulder drains and key bottleneck section to be upgraded.

We request Hon MLA @MALimbavali
and @comm_blr_south to partner with citizens and meet the basic aspirations of the ward. Many action items will help Owners court,Kpc, Tulasi, Jayaramareddy,CSB IAS layouts, St norbert church road/Bloomingdale layout along with Haralur sections (Birla circle thro Shubh) along the main road including Kaikondrahalli bus stop.

@comm_blr_south sir while our focus was on works and enable basic infra, Solid waste management for #Kasavanahalli Ward31 needs your approval of #Microplan. Without this, about 10000 families are suffering across the ward without proper collection. Commercial dumping is evident.

Bengaluru South City Corporation Commissioner KN Ramesh said night garbage collection will help make the city black spot-free.

GPS tracking will be installed on all 208 garbage autos in Bommanahalli zone by Sept 10, with full-scale tracking from Sept 11.

Citizens will be able to track autos assigned to their streets through 'Brain Above’ app

Door-to-door collection will be followed by ‘gang work’ (working in a 10 member team) to clear black spots till 2pm.

Vendors dumping waste on roads will face fines & for repeat violations, vehicle seizure.
