@airvistara As per your team Im not entitled to any refund since my booking was made after March 1. To remind u Covid19 was declared a pandemic by WHO in the 2nd week of March & Indian govt banned non essential travel around the same time. So why am I not entitled to a refund ?

@airvistara Your team has very smartly moved my complaint to a private chat regd a refund I am claiming, only to provide the same answer which they had already given on email, against which I had raised a complaint on Twitter. This is anything but customer service #airvistara
