PNB has signed an Addendum to the MoU with the Government of Uttarakhand, extending Central Government Salary Package benefits to regular employees of the State Government.

The Addendum was signed by Sh. Anupam, Zonal Manager, Dehradun and Smt. Amita Joshi, Director, Treasury, Government of Uttarakhand. Sh. Abhinandan Singh, Circle Head, Dehradun was also present at the event along with other bank officials.

The engagement also included constructive discussions on Treasury Integration and CBDC adoption, reaffirming our commitment to delivering innovative and modern banking solutions.

Hope the @RBI @RBIsays SSM n the DBS team ask for the all statements of last three years n do a forensic audit. In similar fashion one phoney software firm account in Pashan branch Pune was opened up to route kickbacks for high value FD from PMRDA. Here it was shown as software purchase ( which is intangible ) Hope the @HDFC_Bank vigilance team ask for the software details its applicability n were is it downloaded in Bank IT system. cc @SmalhotraRBI @PMOIndia @DFS_India

झारखंड सरकार एवं पंजाब नैशनल बैंक के बीच राज्य सरकार के कर्मियों को बेहतर और सुव्यवस्थित बैंकिंग सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल के तहत सैलरी सेविंग्स खाता सुविधा को लेकर समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। इस अवसर पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न विभागों से 400 से अधिक अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

कार्यक्रम में माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमंत सोरेन की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही। इस अवसर पर वित्त मंत्री श्री राधाकृष्ण किशोर, स्वास्थ्य मंत्री श्री इरफान अंसारी, उद्योग मंत्री श्री संजय प्रसाद यादव, ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री श्रीमती दीपिका पांडेय सिंह तथा कृषि मंत्री श्रीमती शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की भी उपस्थित रहे।

इसके अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्री अविनाश कुमार, वित्त सचिव श्री प्रशांत कुमार सहित राज्य सरकार के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित हुए।

पंजाब नैशनल बैंक की ओर से अंचल कार्यालय, रायपुर के अंचल प्रमुख श्री आशीष कुमार चतुर्वेदी एवं मंडल कार्यालय, रांची के मंडल प्रमुख श्री अवधेश झा सहित बैंक के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। इस अवसर पर सैलरी खातों से जुड़ी सुविधाओं एवं बैंकिंग सेवाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी साझा की गई।

यह समझौता राज्य सरकार के कर्मियों को भरोसेमंद और सुविधाजनक बैंकिंग सेवाएं प्रदान करने के साथ-साथ राज्य सरकार और बैंक के बीच सहयोग को और सशक्त बनाएगा।

AI can now generate images more beautiful than anything most humans could make. Sam Altman just explained why nobody cares.

Altman: “The value that people put on that effectively rounds to zero.”

Not less valuable. Zero.

A flawlessly generated AI image, technically superior to almost anything a human could produce, valued at nothing.

When visual perfection becomes instantly available to everyone, it stops being scarce.

And when it stops being scarce, it stops being valuable.

The scarcity that gave art its worth was never the beauty. It was the human who made it.

Altman: “Without the person effectively signing their name to it, we seem to not care.”

That sentence is the entire shift compressed into one line.

We don’t consume art. We consume the person behind it.

The struggle. The intention. The specific human consciousness that decided this particular thing should exist.

AI can replicate the output. It cannot replicate the origin.

It’s going to make technical skill irrelevant and force the entire market to pay for something that was always there but never had to be named.

Presence. Intention. Proof that a human consciousness cared enough to make this particular thing.

Abundance makes perfection free.

Meaning becomes the only scarcity worth paying for.

And meaning can’t be automated. Because meaning requires a consciousness choosing to say something specific to someone specific for reasons that matter.

The artists who survive won’t be the most technically gifted.

They’ll be the most undeniably human.

AI gave the world infinite art and proved that what we actually want is irreplaceable.
