6) What I finally get is again the invoice of Oct'22 pmnt & not the mail with admission of mistake of sending me the wrong mail in Dec'22.
Pl let me know if u want me 2 remain ur customer as there are others waiting 2 serve me at a better price. How can you be so non serious ?

1) Last recharge done in Oct'22.
2) Email recvd from you on 21st Dec,' 22 that the pmnt has been apportioned till March'23.
3) Services deactivated yday.

5) 2day ur associate admits that Dec'22 mail was a mistake 2 which I respond by asking him 2 send a mail of admission of mistake.

@tataplayfiber No internet for last 1 hr. Same problem occurred on 1st Oct night also. Tried to register complaint on app but it says there is already a complaint waiting for resolution, referring to the earlier one. Can't get this... finally registered via call. Pl resolve ASAP.

@tataplayfiber Problem was resolved by around 7pm. It worked well till an hour back when the connection went off again with work getting hampered. Bugged up with your service quality since start of month. Even if the box in our building has a problem, why can't it be sorted out? Rocket science?
