VLTD is now mandatory for All India Permit trucks. As owner of 4 x 22-chakka trucks on Gandhidham-Kandla route, serious issues persist. Transporters offer ₹200-300/ton less as they deal directly with buyers —zero transparency for truck owners. Bhada reduced, we bear shortages
