Be sure to use official WhatsApp versions, available on the App Store, TestFlight and Play Store.

We’ve reduced the maximum data storage time to 14 days today.

What this means: If you don't delete your data yourself using the available option, it gets deleted automatically after 14 days. The visualization is not available afterwards.

Bad news for #WhatsApp users in Germany: The "export chat" functionality is gone – due to patent issues it seems.

Unfortunately this also means ChatVisualizer is not working for germans right now.
