@reddeadogre@Kaos_Vs_Control the problem is 90% of people, who wouldn't know a beautiful soulful human create image if it slapped them around the face, seem happy enough with the AI slop. Almost every event poster I see now in the wild is AI created. It makes me wince but most people seem to think it's fine
@Wolfpackmiitomo@WUTangKids Must have been for more than that. If the US police had to arrest all the stupid people then the overtime bill would bankrupt the country.
@EadrictheWild@AntMelia94 I'm 43 but I think possibly tots TV was around when my younger sister was watching so I vaguely recognise it from then. Very Rosie and Jim in style though. (I'm guessing the same production company?)
@BigWum@markwoo72766912@stayleyvegas@AllAboutCyc1ing@socialistp40357@RachelReevesMP Given how much elections cost to put on, it seems there should be a more efficient way to do this (online voting? but then how do you account for those not online?) and you'd also have issues with MPs paying for spin doctors and image consultants to help them get pay increases.
@markwoo72766912@stayleyvegas@BigWum@AllAboutCyc1ing@socialistp40357@RachelReevesMP So they "can set any course they choose". So are you seriously suggesting that the course they choose should be to make MPs responsible for setting their own pay? Making it so they decide how much to line their own pockets, with instead of it being set independently? Genius.
@horton_official@jayrayner1@ftweekend I feel it's all down to wanting a bigger tip. The more personable and friendly you are the more you are likely to get, I suppose. Although I've always been more likely to tip the Barbour who cuts my hair without a word than the one who prattles on.
@indieretailgirl@GPorterJourno@ShitChester@andyphotos1 They are dealing with the building issues. I'm guessing it's quite tricky to run a posh hotel in the middle of a buildings site (and run a building site in the middle of a posh hotel) so I guess that's why they have to close to address the issues.
