My friend is a NFL Scout for an extremely successful NFL team. He’s always telling me how stressful it is and the insane hours he puts in during college football season, spring evaluation, combine, draft, etc.
He told me last year that the biggest challenge they have as scouts nowadays with college recruits is the amount of money they are given at such a young age. He said “The NFL has always been scouting top high school talent and following them throughout their college careers, but now when we start the scouting process of the guys in highschool, the first thing we start talking to them about is money and that it can quickly derail their NFL prospects because of partying, drugs, and acting like fools”.
He said hands down, giving an 18 yr old hundreds of thousands of dollars and sometimes millions, can completely destroy them if they don’t have much self control and it’s their biggest challenge as scouts nowadays.
Liberal white woman says she’s converting to Islam after hearing a ‘call to prayer’ over a loudspeaker..
These women are literally oppressing themselves… lmao
So ESPN fired Ryan Clark yesterday and today dropped an extremely favorable long form piece where Sophie Cunningham said men shouldn’t be playing women’s sports. Hell of a 48 hours for ESPN. Major culture change underway at long last. Bravo.
Texas A&M is the only 1 seed to have a team inside their Regional with a higher RPI than the host school
USC’s RPI is the highest RPI of all two seed’s in the country
NCAA selection committee’s screwing A&M is a tale as old as time
They said Steph changed the game with the 3 ball. SGA legacy is he changed the game with tricking the refs. Somewhere there’s a kid on the court alone practicing how to get calls rather than how to make shots.
