@deepamusafir1@ignatiusliew@Schoolofsurg@orji_ck I also think in some of the subspecialties it’s very hard to accumulate the volume of cases needed during training to start as a consultant - I’m thinking with my paeds hat on, where there’s lots of operations we don’t do very often!
