Richard Mack is a former Arizona sheriff, author, and founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA). After serving in numerous law enforcement roles in Utah and Arizona, he was elected Sheriff of Graham County in 1988 and served two terms. He received several national honors for his leadership and commitment to constitutional principles.

RULES FOR THEE. NOT FOR ME.

Gavin Newsom shut down churches—but not everything.

Strip clubs stayed open. Marijuana dispensaries stayed open. Hollywood kept filming. And while Californians were told to stay home, Newsom dined at the French Laundry.

Meanwhile, our church was threatened with $4.5 million in fines, lawsuits, and even arrests.

So we fought back.
We sued Newsom, took the case to the U.S. Supreme Court, and won.

To my knowledge, I’m the only candidate in this race who has successfully challenged Newsom at the Supreme Court and won. I didn’t just talk about defending freedom—I did it.

As Governor, I’ll fight for faith, freedom, family, and the Constitution.

CALIFORNIA IS TOO RICH TO BE THIS BROKEN

California should be leading the nation. Instead, too many families are struggling just to get by.

We have some of the highest taxes, highest gas prices, highest electricity costs, and highest housing costs in America. Businesses are leaving. Families are moving out. Homelessness continues to grow. Our roads are deteriorating, our schools are falling behind, and government spending continues to increase while results continue to decline.

California is the 4th largest economy in the world, yet too many people feel like they're falling further behind every year.

I believe California's best days are still ahead.

My vision is a California where families can afford to buy a home, where businesses can thrive, where children receive a quality education, where streets are safe, and where government serves the people instead of special interests.

But lasting change requires more than new policies. It requires a spiritual renewal of our values. We need both revival and reformation. We must restore faith, strengthen families, protect freedom, and bring common-sense leadership back to Sacramento.

California is worth fighting for. California is worth saving.

Strong families are the foundation of a strong California.

When families thrive, communities become safer. Crime goes down. Homelessness declines. Children have a greater opportunity to succeed. Hope is restored.

For too long, California's leaders have focused on treating symptoms instead of addressing the root causes of our challenges. If we want a safer, more affordable, and more prosperous state, we must put families first.

My vision for California is simple: strengthen families, protect children, support parents, and build communities where future generations can flourish.
