@worlds_affairs people with degree from ordinary college who are working in govt. banks they all are well aware that if they quit their jobs they won't find any other good job in the market with just that graduation degree which is why they dont leave even though know there is so much pressure

@AshishKrVivek My cousin is in the Army he gets hardly any leave during the year. Let alone meeting his family, even making a phone call is difficult for him, yet he has never once complained about not being able to find time for his family.

@being_circuit3 ये बैंक में काम करने वाले कुछ लोग को दिन भर 🪑 पर बैठ का काम करना होता है तब ये हाय तौबा,वर्क लोड और थकान की बात कर रहे है, वही दूसरी तरफ राज्य की पुलिस 24*7 काम करती है , देश की सेना 24*7 देश की सेवा करते है,कभी भी वो लोग छुट्टी के लिए रोते नहीं है देश और राज्य सेवा करते है।

@Rahulchetry1992 ये बैंक में काम करने वाले कुछ लोग को ... दिन भर चेयर 🪑 पर बैठ का काम करना होता है तब ये हाय तौबा और वर्क लोड और थकान की बात कर रहे है , अगर ऐसे लोग गलती है कही राज्य की पुलिस या देश की सेना में सेवा करने चले गए तब बोलंगे हमसे काम नहीं होगा रात को ड्यूटी नहीं होगी .... ?
