@WindowsUpdate Fyi, seeing explorer.exe not running after logging on for mins after applying patches on a large number of devices. 22631.3155. pressing ctrl alt del and restarting is the solution currently here.

@0xB0 @gwblok Whats the issue/problem trying to be solved. Dells ran here have the software tpm, requires latest 'intel management component' to be installed prior to interfacing with tpm. Old version prevents tpm checks.
