UPDATE: Nine Chinese nationals have now been formally charged over the massive drug and weapons seizure off Sihanoukville last month. Police initially reported seven Chinese detained and around 840 kg of suspected drugs seized. Prosecutors now identify the drugs as approximately 900 kg of ketamine and name nine defendants. The weapons haul remains staggering. Police seized 49 firearms, 108 magazines, 7,937 rounds of ammunition and eight suppressors during the September 23 operation near Koh Russey.
