This is state of Acme Boulevard where project is in nclt and @HDFCBankNews @HDFC_Bank as the majority creditor in the CoC doesn’t want to fund a pump to drain 20 feet water. They only want to dump homebuyers by continuing to get emis. project has drowned financially & literally
