Bought an iPhone from tmobile & sent my old phone for $250 off, but must use a 24 month payment plan.

I need to unlock my phone to go abroad. I can only do it if I pay off the phone & lose the $250. I've been w/Tmobile for 20+ years.

@TMobile @tomhortz For what it's worth, speaking with T-Life Agents is an absolute waste of time.

The AI is abysmal and doesnt provide an intelligent path to any resolution.

@TMobile online chat agents are non-responsive/take 3+ prompts/directions to get close to addressing the issue.

1. The code was entered correctly.

2. I have a receipt and and activation confirmation from Costco.

3. Costco will not accept a return because the error is in Uber's system.

@joje_ff @NFL_DovKleiman I skimmed through the article and then searched for QB impact on this scale. Wouldn't the quality of the QB and throws impact the WR's success %. Success % looks strongly correlated with routes that college QBs are good/bad at throwing. Curious what this looks like next year.
