@Kilimall Just had the worst experience with your call center. Very unhelpful people. And your kilimall service hub in nakuru Westside mall was closed and the phone number goes straight to voicemall. Why put a pick up point that is closed on the app?

@naivas_kenya my points stopped accumulating a while back and I went to complain at your kenyatta Ave. branch, Nakuru but the lady at customer care insisted they are upto date and wouldn't let me explain. All my receipts from the last couple of weeks just show my points at 717

@ntsa_kenya I visited Huduma center to have my details uploaded on ecitizen so I can renew my DL. Was informed it takes 3 days but it’s now 2weeks plus and there’s no update. Hen do you suppose it will be done?

@vilcomnetworks your Wi-Fi has been on and off for the past two days in NGATA area near verovian and you are not bothered to fix it but when it is due for disconnection you’ll be very prompt to do it by 11:55p.m and start hounding us to pay. Shame!
