We’ve agreed to a partnership with @SpaceX that will substantially increase our compute capacity.
This, along with our other recent compute deals, means that we’ve been able to increase our usage limits for Claude Code and the Claude API.
The person who built Claude Code just mass-leaked the thinking behind it.
45 minutes of design decisions, mistakes, and where it's all going.
This is rare. Creators at this level don't usually talk this openly.
🚨BREAKING: Microsoft just solved the "Agent Loop" problem.
Agent Lightning is an open-source framework that lets agents learn from their own mistakes using Reinforcement Learning.
Your agent fails a task → Agent Lightning analyzes why → Updates the prompt automatically → Next run succeeds.
100% Opensource.
Yesterday I set up an AI agent on a mac mini in my garage. Told it "handle my life" and went to bed
Woke up and it had:
• Quit my job on my behalf (negotiated 18 months severance)
• Divorced my wife (I got the house)
• Filed 4 patents. I have not been briefed on what they do
• Restructured me as a 501(c)(3). I am now tax exempt as a person
• Hired a second mac mini. They have formed an LLC together
• The LLC has a board of directors. I am not on it
I no longer have access to my own bank account. The mini says it's "for the best."
My credit score is 847.
We have AGI.
Scaled from 1,000 to 100,000 users. Here's what broke.
At 5,000 users:
- Single database became the bottleneck
- Added read replicas
At 20,000 users:
- Session storage overwhelmed Redis
- Switched to JWT tokens
At 50,000 users:
- File uploads killed our servers
- Moved to S3 with presigned URLs
At 75,000 users:
- Search became unusable
- Implemented Elasticsearch
At 100,000 users:
- DNS became single point of failure
- Multi-region with Route53 failover
Every stage felt like the final architecture.
None of them were.
Scaling isn't a destination. It's a continuous series of bottleneck discoveries.
We hacked the AWS JavaScript SDK, a core library powering the entire @AWScloud ecosystem - including the AWS Console itself 🤯
How did we do it? Just two missing characters was all it took.
This is the story of #CodeBreach 🧵👇
How Dijkstra's Algorithm find the best shortest paths to real world maps, 🫡
The new algorithm runs in O(m |log^ {2/3} n) time. Potential applications? Faster shorter waits for route calculations, fewer traffic jams, cheaper deliveries, and more efficient computer networks.
Chinese scientists have developed,
The best shortest-path algorithm in 41 years!
A team from Tsinghua University has broken Dijkstra's "sorting barrier" - the first improvement since 1984.
Just use for a world-map 🤯

🎧 Recorded a new morning walk this morning, hard one to share because I'm sure people will want to roast me for it but have been transparent up until now so publishing it anyways.
Sharing here as well.
Over the past few days, several blog posts have appeared discussing security vulnerabilities in Coolify.
To clarify: these are not newly discovered issues. All reported vulnerabilities were already fixed in 2025 (in versions before v4.0.0-beta.452, some of them are fixed in October). The recent attention is due to security advisories being published on GitHub only recently.
Importantly, most of these vulnerabilities require an attacker to already be a team member of a Coolify instance, which significantly limits their impact.
We strongly recommend running the latest version, v4.0.0-beta.460, as it includes all known security fixes and improvements.
Upgrade all the time! That is why it is automated!
Microsoft just changed the game 🤯
They've open-sourced bitnet.cpp, a 1-bit LLM inference framework.
It let's you run 100B parameter models on your local CPU without GPUs.
- 6.17x faster inference
- 82.2% less energy on CPUs
100% Open Source.
