บัตรเข้าชมการแสดงที่ไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข และบัตรที่นั่งมุมมองจำกัด (Restricted View) จะเปิดจำหน่ายในวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2569 10.00 น. เป็นต้นไป

ตามที่ทางผู้จัดงานได้ประกาศเรื่องการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์และยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ถือบัตรเข้าชมการแสดง BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN BANGKOK ทั้ง 3 รอบการแสดง ทางผู้จัดขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า ขณะนี้ไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์ในฐานะตัวแทนจำหน่ายบัตรอย่างเป็นทางการ ได้ทำการติดต่อลูกค้าที่ถือบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขครบทุกท่านแล้ว

บัตรที่ถูกยกเลิกจะถูกนำกลับเข้าสู่ระบบของไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์เพื่อเปิดจำหน่ายในวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2569 รับคิวเพื่อซื้อบัตรผ่านทางออนไลน์ เวลา 9.00 น. เปิดจำหน่ายบัตร เวลา 10.00 น.

นอกจากนี้ ทางผู้จัดจะเปิดจำหน่ายบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงที่นั่งมุมมองจำกัด (Restricted View) ในวันและเวลาเดียวกัน โดยโซนที่นั่งบริเวณนี้จะไม่สามารถมองเห็นพื้นที่บางส่วนของเวทีได้ เนื่องจากโครงสร้างของสถานที่, การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์โปรดักชัน, จุดบริการลูกค้า, ราวกันตกของสถานที่, ตำแหน่งควบคุมระบบแสง สี เสียง,เสา, ชุดกล้อง, อุปกรณ์แสง และชิ้นส่���นอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโปรดักชันของการแสดง

โปรดทราบว่าลูกค้าต้องยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้ เมื่อซื้อบัตรเข้าชมในโซนที่นั่งดังกล่าว จะไม่สามารถขออัปเกรดเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไข หรือคืนเงินได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

End of Ticket Verification Process — BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BANGKOK
Non-Compliant Tickets and Additional Restricted-View Tickets to go On Sale on 25 August 2026 at 10:00 AM

Further to our announcement on 19 June 2026 regarding the ticket verification process for BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BANGKOK, we confirm that representatives of ThaiTicketMajor, the authorised ticketing agent, have now contacted all relevant purchasers and completed the verification process.

Tickets that did not comply with the verification requirements will be returned to the ThaiTicketMajor ticketing system and made available for resale on 25 August 2026. Online queue opens at 9:00 AM, and ticket sales begin at 10:00 AM.

Additionally, Restricted View Tickets for the tour will also go on sale at the same date and time. Views from these seats may be partially obstructed by venue structures, production equipment, operational booths, guardrails, front-of-house control structures, towers, camera platforms, lighting equipment, or any other production elements. As a result, parts of the stage or certain parts of the stage production may not be visible from these seats.

Please note that those who purchase a Restricted View ticket agree to, and acknowledge, these seating conditions. Any upgrades, changes, amendments, or refunds will not be allowed under any circumstances.

Tickets will be available via https://t.co/OcW3f0f5kM, with a purchase limit of 2 tickets per account.

The Promoter thanks all customers for their understanding and continued cooperation in helping to maintain a fair and secure ticketing environment.

hey, can i ask for one favor?

if you want to sell your ticket and you prefer choosing the buyer through a google form, that’s completely your choice. i respect that.

but please consider limiting the number of responses instead of keeping the form open for hours or a whole day.

if you’re only looking for one buyer, you probably don’t need hundreds of entries to make that decision. once you’ve received enough responses, you can close the form and choose from there.

i think this would make the process better for everyone.

people don’t just answer those questions casually. they spend time thinking about what to say, sharing personal stories, and explaining why seeing bts means so much to them. that takes time, effort, and a certain level of vulnerability.

when forms stay open for a long time and hundreds of people are allowed to submit, it also means hundreds of people end up waiting for updates. some even hold off on pursuing other ticket offers because they’re hoping they might still be chosen. well it wont’t be your fault if they reject other just for your extra ticket but remember, everyone is now desperate.

by simply limiting the number of responses, you can still choose the buyer you think is the best fit while also respecting everyone’s time and emotional investment.

and for those who don’t get to submit because the form is already closed, yes, it will be disappointing but that’s just how it is. at least they know right away and can continue looking for other opportunities instead of waiting for days without knowing where they stand.

this isn’t about telling anyone how to sell their ticket. it’s just a small suggestion that i hope people will consider. i think it makes the process a little fairer, a little kinder, and a lot less emotionally exhausting for everyone involved.

Please remember that behind every response is a real person carrying hope.

Hope is already heavy enough.

Let’s not make people carry it longer than they have to.
