BREAKING: Justice Kavanaugh failed the citizens of Michigan by denying the Application by Americans for Citizens Voting to be on the November ballot.

The Circuit Justice denied the emergency application for an injunction pending appeal. The docket entry as posted reads, in full: “Application (26A275) denied by Justice Kavanaugh.” No referral to the full Court and no accompanying statement or dissent is listed on the docket. With the denial in place, the Michigan Board of State Canvassers’ 2–2 deadlock on the petition stands, and the amendment does not go on the November 3 ballot barring further action in the Michigan Supreme Court (No. 170595) or a renewed application to another Justice.

When you’re Jocelyn Benson, who’s overseeing her own gubernatorial election, you get to determine the timeline of when petitions get certification. MMOP got certified in 58 days, 102 days prior to the November election, while the Citizens Only Voting petition took 173 days to come up only 3 signatures short 26 days before ballot distribution. Benson’s stopwatch seems to work in one partisan direction.

Radical Transparency requires audits conducted outside the election office, based on the voter-verifiable paper record and open to public observation.

The methods, findings, discrepancies, public comments and corrective actions should all be published.

Elections belong to citizens. Verification must be independent of the officials being verified.

THEY ARE SAYING IT OUT LOUD: VOTING IS FOR “EVERYONE.”

Amnesty International’s new election campaign does not simply defend the voting rights of eligible American citizens.

They declare:

“VOTING IS A HUMAN RIGHT!”

“We all have the right to vote.”

“Everyone has the right to take part in the government.”

Words matter.

They did not say **every citizen**.

They said **everyone**.

Taken literally, “everyone” includes noncitizens, temporary residents and people who entered this country illegally. That transforms voting from an exclusive right of American citizenship into a privilege based merely on being present in the country.

This is not voter protection. It is a dangerous movement to erase the citizenship boundary surrounding American elections.

When voting is treated as a universal human right belonging to everyone, the vote of a U.S. citizen is no longer protected as the exclusive instrument through which Americans govern themselves. It is diluted by extending political power to people who have no lawful right to participate in our elections.

And Amnesty International is only one organization in an enormous, coordinated network working toward the same objectives—opposing proof of citizenship, attacking voter-eligibility safeguards and portraying enforcement as “voter suppression.”

This is bigger than one campaign.

It is an organized attempt to redefine the American electorate.

Voting in American elections is NOT a universal right belonging to everyone in the country. It is a sovereign political right reserved for United States citizens.

If “everyone” can vote, citizenship means nothing—and American citizens no longer control American government.

ONLY CITIZENS VOTE.

MI SoS Jocelyn "we will come for you" Benson seeks to have it both ways.

First, she tells election workers to presume that all signatures match when processing absentee ballot returns.

Now, she says in court that signature matching is required by law.

NOTE: Affidavits of identity were filed for more than enough rejected signatures to put the petition on the ballot for November.

Hmmm...it appears that her attorney Heather Meingast was right when she said Benson only follows the laws when it benefits her.

In 2023, I was granted access to a Michigan Clerk's Facebook page by a whistleblower. I have several screenshots of conversations about the procedures used by Michigan's crooked Secretary of State @JocelynBenson and how she and her top officials (at least one of whom is a member of the page) helped to facilitate election fraud in 2020.

At least once a week, I will share one of these posts to prove that Jocelyn Benson should never be trusted to run our elections, much less our state.

This clerk is asking why she was getting packages of fake voter registrations from a hotel in Auburn Hills, MI with the initials "EM" on the return address.

"EM" stands for "Empower Michigan," which was really GBI Strategies. One of Jocelyn Benson's lawyers regularly commented on these posts when clerks questioned the illegal actions of Benson. Since there were dozens of posts like these, why didn't Jocelyn Benson alert her clerks about the Michigan State Police investigation into GBI Strategies and to warn them to be on the lookout for boxes or envelopes filled with fake registrations for the November 2020 election?

Jocelyn Benson was able to reach all of the clerks to tell them to ignore signature matching in 2020 and assume that all signatures were valid, so, why did she not communicate about a mass voter registration fraud operation that was happening across the state? 🙄

I am protecting the identity of the clerks by redacting their names. I don't care who approves or doesn't approve. These clerks were not given any help or guidance by Jocelyn Benson or by her BOE. Many of them are well-meaning clerks who simply didn't know what to do about the fraud or about the illegal direction they were being given by SOS Benson.
