Not because customers don't want to buy.
Because the checkout won't let them spend more.
No checkout chat. No bundles. No suggestions. No "complete your stack."

Hey 👋 @harleyf@ShopifySupport
We’ve this Shopify brand whose customers are not able to update their credit cards.
Does not work both on the admin & customer UI.
Being trying to fix this with Shopify support & https://t.co/r1VuTimzJp for the past 3 months ‼️
Error message:
“The supplied currency code is either invalid, not supported, not allowed for this merchant or doesn't have an exchange rate”
Please can someone fix this or just let us know on a very technical level why this is happening ?!
Thread is loaded with great tips; kudos Cody!
