Honestly if the Jazz do want to trade up, maybe the move is just Ace and 2 for Tre and 1. Everyone gets what they wanted out of the last two drafts.
I'd personally rather keep Ace and stay at 2, but if the Wiz are open to moving down that's where I'd start the conversation.
