We’re so happy to announce that last month we adopted two new piggies into the family. Meet skinny pig brothers Hamish and Dougal. We’re so happy to have guinea pigs back in the family after losing Cheddar and then Shaggy over the last year ❤️
Here’s a photo of him with his two humans who got married. We are so grateful 8-year-old Shaggy held on to be with us - and healthy - for our special day ❤️
A really special thing that happened just two months before Shaggy died: he attended the wedding ceremony of his humans and served as Pig Of Honour. He wore a custom lace cape made by the same designer as his mom’s dress and cape. During the ceremony he munched away on grass ❤️
Shaggy is gone. This fabulously coiffed guinea pig lived eight years, six of those with us. Shaggy and Cheddar, who passed last December, were the very first rescue animals we fostered and adopted. We are heartbroken to lose our friend. Our Burrow won’t be the same💔
Happy 8th birthday to our precious piggy, Shaggy 🎉🎂🎈🌼 6 years since we adopted Shaggy and Cheddar at age 2 and 1. Shaggy’s first birthday/gotcha day since Cheddar passed 💗
@carr0tluver We’re so sorry for your loss. We have loved following Reese’s posts and interacting with her. Cheddar thought she was awesome 💕 Popcorn free Reese.
To all of Guinea Pig Twitter, we wish you a very happy & prosperous 2019!
(Pssst... it's the year of the Guinea Pig.) 🤫🤭😉
You 'guys' are AWESOME!
Thank you from Boo, Reese, Marley, & our 'human' Chris.
Hoppy Homes would like to send condolences to the family of Cheddar the Guinea Pig today. Cheddar and his friend Shaggy were adopted from the rescue 6 years ago. They are pretty famous little piggies. We are very thankful to Zaren and Dean for giving... https://t.co/GmrTyxnTpG
