Roblox will realistically never support running code at the physics level/any kind of physics step callback. Its the one hurdle that bottlenecks my entire system or any kind of "custom physics" projects on the platform for that matter
Trying to update tire contact forces at a rate potentially 4 or more times slower than actual physics practically kills any kind of general user-friendliness one would aim for in a production setting
