What is always amusing, is the same assholes that complain about Trumps corruption, are the same ones who think we should give the govt more power. Now while Glenn is not a proponent of this, the naivety of those thinking this is a Trump gotcha completely ignore the absolute corruption in DC across all members. The simple solution is to defund the whole mess back to constitutional levels.
@BreitbartNews This argument makes zero fckn sense. The problem for small business is the over regulation at all levels of govt. Regulations benefit large corporations because their costs can be offset at scale.
Data centers are the necessary evil that you either invest in or they get built elsewhere and you stagnate, decline, and lose the US hegemony that Americans have been so privileged to live under. The US is seeing this today from offshoring manufacturing, resource extraction. If we had just followed the hippies of the 70s and really did no more nukes where would be today.
@4TaxFairness The bottom 50% don't pay taxes, maybe if they did they'd care about how the govt has pissed away their future with the deficit and the Fed printing money.
@eisingerj All these dipshits out here arguing about how little income tax Bezos and how unfair it is... but all they are really proving is how evil income tax actually is. It only hits the working class, sounds like a great argument to abolish it altogether.
What happens when "Wealthy" looks like middle class. Income tax started the same way. The level of dipshittery in this thinking is amazing. People think their broke because of Bezos, not the govt offshoring jobs through trade policies, regulations, and taxation... or maybe it was shutting down the country for a year and then double the money supply in one year and the doubling a 40 year old national debt in 4 years.. or maybe it was the importation of illegal aliens creating an underclass of low skilled cheap labor undercutting the wages of US citizens. Corporations benefit from these policies, but it's congress who creates and enables them.
Gen Z, the result of lawnmower parents and participation trophies. Entitlement is a crutch this generation will use to destroy their future with regulating in laziness, handouts, and price controls. The thirdworld and illegal immigration will cook your asses if you don't get your shit together.
@ZacksJerryRig@DrNeilStone Coming from a guy with no kids, kindly gfys. You profited off the lock downs... most people did not, and have yet to recover from the financial and social destruction wrought from it. You clowns still think 90% of the population was actually at risk.
@JeromeAdamsMD Bringing accountability to people who want others to pay for them, is not immoral or meant to be easy. You want free shit, here's what's free... you want small luxury's get a job, and make better decisions.
@tkreidl@doggintrump You're right we do not live in a democracy, that's literally the point of our government structure. It's called civics, what exactly is your PHD in?
Young Millennials and Gen z are so fckn spoiled. Bitch rent was 80% of wages in the 90s too, we had roommates. Didn't get a new car until my 40's, and in state tuition is not even close to that you live at home, go to school, and work a part time job. Like everyone else did in the 80s and 90s.
This is total bullshit, btw. An 80k year salary does not pay 40%. The problem has been and always will be a Fed that spends more than it takes in, over regulates industries trying to fix problems with govt, illegal immigration dragging down both unskilled and skilled labor, and free trade without tariffs to protect against currency manipulation, predatory govt monetary policies, offshoring pollution and labor extortion, and ignoring ip theft of foreign govts.
