Had a conversation with one of my friends and baba said:
Why are you ashamed when you don’t have money?
Why are you holding yourself in high esteem instead of doing the work?
What are you doing with the knowledge you have now?
Grateful for the friends who randomly buy me lunch, send a meme, send reels, send random photos of themselves, correct my grammar, ask about my parents.
How could I have lived in this country without y’all?
