Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim may risk Pakatan Harapan getting trampled by BN in Johor if he does not call for a snap federal election to coincide with the state polls.

Fuyao took over a bankrupt GM Union plant in Ohio. All new hires across the auto parts industry were cut down to $12-$15/ hr in the 2008 financial crisis. (I remember the time well) Most former GM parts plants experienced that. Today, Fuyao is #1 in the country and paying $25k/hr.

While many Chinese came over to automate the plant it is very successful today. The U.S does need strict H1B policies on these types of investments but at least we aren’t importing window glass.

The entire Private Equity run capitalism in the U.S refuses to upgrade CAPEX in U.S manufacturing.
