Over 6m been contacting re someone who has took out devices in my address... Im a customer of many years, made multiple time consuming calls been through to Fraud who advised me a device was never sent to me address (no 💩 sherlock)

Went into Doncaster Peugeot yesterday and the salesman who falsely sold me car last year said nothing they can do as no courtesy car till 15th and no one able to look at it till 8th.

No help

After 18hr awaiting RAC via Peugeot assist I'm advised not to drive car and get to you for repair (still in Warranty only had car 11m)... Called Doncaster where purchased from to be told cant look at car till 8th Feb. I work in cotswolds due back 8th

.went to Doncaster Peugeot and got told same... no courtesy car till 15th and can't look at my car till 8th... its under warranty and I have a job, how am i supposed to get to work...?
I was miss sold car in 1st place tbf
