Covid testing for restaurants -- a thread.

On June 1 The Alinea Group was notified by an employee that s/he had tested positive for Covid19. That employee had not worked in 8 days. No one else showed any systems

Nonetheless every person that worked on the same day was tested /1

The only restaurant from mainland China on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list is run by a French chef, only seats 10 people and costs $600 a head – this pretty much sums up the whole "lack of diversity in food media" problem. Expensive, white food is valued as the 'best' food.
