@LATAM_BRA last week whilst travelling in Brazil our flight was cancelled. Now back in UK who do we speak too about compensation etc as we had to get a hotel. Have emailed via web but no response and people at airport did not help us unfortunately due to language barrier

Why is @BloomandWild the only company that won’t allow you to use a credit voucher and discount together. The credit is for referral and being loyal but every time Lucy emails me with latest offer I can’t use my credit! Shocking experience for a customer in my opinion!

@quidco Yes but that was 18 months ago - that’s not realistic to keep on waiting with no timeline. Please can it be paid out regardless?

Really disappointed in @BrandAlleyUK customer service - took my money then no order sent, no comms until I chased and then it’s been lie after lie and not answering my questions! Anyone else experienced the same?

@BloomandWild really disappointed that I can’t use credit I had for referrals etc with any other discount code that you have emailed me. Why is it one or the other? No point in referral scheme tbh!
