UN-SDG FUND CONSULTATIONS

On Tuesday, I represented my State in a Technical Planning Meeting on strategies for the UNDP-SDG's consultations on Social Protection. The meeting was well attended by State Focal Persons on SDGs and Social Protection from states across the country.

To this end, the meeting was adjourned to 2021, with states agreeing on dates for subsequent regional consultations. On this note, I should mention that Abia State will be hosting the UN-SDG Fund Consultation for the South-East states in February 2021

There's now need for stronger synergy in efforts to enable us effectively scale up on the outreach in our state, to create more impact across gender & beyond borders.
