@ScoringChanges Two scenarios that might have led to the rulebook language:
1. A HR that clips the foul pole is fair, even if the center of the ball is in foul territory.
2. If this ball rolled another 4' in contact with only foul territory & touches the bag, it would be uncontroversially fair.
