The majority are hired due to the low salaries they're willing to accept. Albeit, the quality of work is significantly lesser, but some companies are willing to accept the tradeoff to save some money.

The food itself isnt expensive. Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Italian cuisines mostly use cheese,
beans, veggies, bread, and rice.

But the owner monthly cost of living was $4K last yr and $5K this yr.

The vast majority of Saudi nationals work across a large spectrum of higher skilled jobs, especially the 40 years and younger.

Many countries sell oil. Its a source of income. USA sells more oil than Saudi. Yet anything that involves Saudi or Arabs tilts you.
