@kstamp24@somewhat_orig@BenMillerise@fundrise I knew about the liquidation delay. Thats understandable given the investment type. What I don't agree with is the "whoops our calculations were off, but we'll brag about it for 2022 purposes, and correct it at the start of 2023" when other similar investment groups saw no dip.
Love how Fundrise boasts about having 0.5–1.5% average expected returns for clients over the 2022 year, but then decides to tank everyone's gains overnight by 10-14% at the start of 2023, negating everything and then some. Makes no sense. I'm cashing out @BenMillerise@fundrise
@smoopie32 @7EV24 Any idea of when Cash gets paid out? I have A similar situation where I received X amount of shares but did not get an even split due to fractional shares from DRIP
@StocksCross Definitely. Small position here too. Wont be end of world if delists? But long-term hoping things resolve where it won't be an issue. Can't help but wonder how this whole debacle will permanently effect the company though and it's dividend payouts... should things resolve.
@maga423 Personally, I use the premium to buy more shares and further reduce my DCA. Then if/when assigned, you make that much more profit as you dollar cost averaged in. Just make sure your strike price is higher than your average cost.
