@bankofbaroda why is your server down at banking hours?

[Gagan Deep @cheetafy]

@IRCTCofficial @IRCTCofficial you have a bug in your system which is not letting Senior Citizen to book ticket on Vande Bharat. Your backend is automatically applying concession to a ticket where concession cannot be applied. XD

[Gagan Deep @cheetafy]

@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia I'm unable to book tickets for my senior citizen parents in Vande Bharat (22426). After the payment, the booking status becomes "NOT BOOKED" and the failure reason is shown "Concession not applicable". I am booking under General Quota.

[Gagan Deep @cheetafy]

@IRCTCofficial But, my query is not regarding the refund. My query is I am unable to book a ticket. Your bot replies are so quick to flag every query as resolved.

[Gagan Deep @cheetafy]

@raaaj_raj @IRCTCofficial I am facing the same thing, it seems it has become impossible to book ticket in Vande Bharat for senior citizens.

[Gagan Deep @cheetafy]

@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia I've already tried raising a ticket from the e-query portal, but your agents are so quick to flag the ticket as resolved by sending a message that the refund will be processed automatically even when the query is not for refunds. This is frustrating.

Had an annoying experience buying @dominos_india vouchers on @OneCardHelp. The voucher order status went to pending and eventually got cancelled.

I would've ignored this as a minor inconvenience if I wasn't ordering for my family. The look of disappointment, smh!

Exams in times like this shows how desperate our education system is for grading students and infact mock them based on their performance.

Where lakhs of people want to just reach home, our University can only think about examination.

[Urvashi Gupta @urvashi_g07]

IPU has a great % of students that our not Delhi residents. Who will assure their safety while travelling back to Delhi in such a worse condition. No one would like to risk their lives for exams. Even if IITs can cancel their exams why can't IPU?
