@TinyMacNasty Look at something called the tapping technique. Uses pressure points etc to help calm down. The wife uses it from time to time

Seafest, Scarborough’s annual maritime celebration, was due to be held for the 22nd time this July, has been cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus related restrictions.

The focus is now turning to arrangements for next year’s Seafest, which will take place during July 2021.
