Project Shiesty 🥷

I’ve been keeping an eye on Project Shiesty, and there’s more here than just another free mint being announced. The collection is set at 3,333 NFTs on Robinhood EVM, with the mint scheduled for October 6th, and the fact that the mint is free already makes the entry point interesting.

What caught my attention more, though, is the way the team is approaching the launch. They’ve stated that utility will activate on reveal, with the reveal expected 2–3 days after mint-out, so the project isn’t simply relying on the mint itself to carry the attention. There’s also no over-allocation on GTD, while collab spots have already closed and are being handled through the server.

The mint structure is pretty straightforward too. GTD starts at 11 AM EST, FCFS at 1 PM EST, and public at 2 PM EST. That gives people a clear window to plan around rather than leaving everything vague until the last minute.

But honestly, the part I’m most interested in is what happens after the mint. A free collection can generate plenty of attention on day one, but the real test is whether the team can turn that attention into something people actually want to stick around for. With the utility activating on reveal, that’s where Project Shiesty should start showing what it has been building toward.

For now, the combination of a 3,333 supply, free mint, Robinhood EVM, closed collabs, non-overallocated GTD and reveal-based utility has definitely put Project Shiesty on my radar.

October 6th. Let’s see what the Shiesty has cooking. 🥷
